Dear Friends,

We regret to inform you all that Dhammacharini Danachitta has passed away. This morning at 11:30 am, 13th February 2024, she breathed her last at Bharti Hospital, Pune. Her health had been deteriorating over the past two months due to bone marrow failure (BMF), and she was diagnosed with aplastic anemia. She fought her illness with great courage and awareness in the hospital.


Danachitta was ordained on 27th January 2013. Her private preceptor was Karunamaya, who gave her...
