Today is International Women’s Day. Marked annually since 1911, it’s a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.

The Bluebell Retreat!!

Buddhafield South-East’s family friendly retreat is back this Spring.

28th April - 1st May

This retreat will be held in beautiful woods near Herstmonceux in East Sussex, camping among the trees and surrounded by the sights, sounds and smells of the season in spring and autumn. Families as well as adults without children are welcome.

There is a focus on little-and-often practice with meditation, talks, discussion groups, rituals and, most importantly, play. We explore how to weave dharma into our practice of being together.
