In 2003, the North London Buddhist Centre opened in its current location on Holloway Road in London.  Since then, we have developed a wonderful practice community here with lots of people benefitting from a space to develop life-changing skills through Buddhist teachings. We recently estimated that there are 11,000 individual visits in a year to our building for meditation, Buddhism and yoga.

The Bluebell Retreat!!

Buddhafield South-East’s family friendly retreat is back this Spring.

28th April - 1st May

This retreat will be held in beautiful woods near Herstmonceux in East Sussex, camping among the trees and surrounded by the sights, sounds and smells of the season in spring and autumn. Families as well as adults without children are welcome.

There is a focus on little-and-often practice with meditation, talks, discussion groups, rituals and, most importantly, play. We explore how to weave dharma into our practice of being together.
