Our first Tuesday course (four days from October 21st till November 11th at 2.30pm EST/7.30pm UK) will be on theme of refreshing our emotional engagement with meditation - and our practice generally! Bring your thoughts, questions, issues, and best intentions - and we'll explore meditation together in good international company!
NB. This course is primarily for those already familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana (loving kindness) meditations.
As we won't be doing so much basic instruction, Friday is a better place to start if you haven't meditated before - but you are always welcome to join us!
