Passing from one season to the next, we are reminded of the constancy of change. The freshening and new growth of springtime connects us with the positive, potentially joyous, aspects of this reality. From now through April, as we witness the reawakening of the natural world around us, we will explore seven qualities of an awakened mind:

mindfulness
self-reflection
energy
joy
tranquility
clear awareness
equanimity.
