  • Aryanita, Sanghanistha and Saddhanandi gave short talks on their vision as the Chairs of the Paris Buddhist Centre, Padmaloka and Adhisthana respectively.
  • Aryanita is the Chair of the Paris Buddhist Centre - a role she took on only one year after ordination. Having come from a business background, assisting in the formulation of organisational strategy and vision, a key learning for her has been the realisation that efficiency isn't the most important thing in the building of sangha, but rather helping people to develop.

The ECA meeting is a chance for those chairing Triratna Buddhist Centres across Europe to come together, practice the Dharma, develop friendships and discuss issues of relevance to their sanghas and the Triratna movement, as a whole.
