A Celebration of Community

The full moon in November marks what is known as Sangha day on the Buddhist calendar. This is a time to rejoice in collective practice, and to remember the great spiritual heroes of the past.

The evening will include meditation, some readings regarding the early disciples of the Buddha, and a puja (devotional ritual).

Lunch-Time Tai Chi

John has been studying tai chi since the age of 11 and first began teaching in his homeland of China in 1985. He presently runs the Seacoast Chinese Center in Newington.
