Dharmabyte: The Muchalinda Episode

Buddhism appeals no less to the heart than to the head, using the language of myth to do so.  Sangharakshita introduces the myth of Muchalinda, the serpent-king that appears after the Buddha’s enlightenment, representing the forces of the unconscious mind in their most positive aspect.
