Dear Order friends,

I am writing to let you know that Dharmasakhya has decided to resign from the Order and as her Public Preceptor I have accepted her resignation. We have been in friendly communication as has Maitreyi, her private preceptor, who recently visited her in Cornwall.

Dharmasakhya was ordained in 2004 at Il Convento and took up the Green Tārā Sadhana. She contributed a lot to the LBC Sangha during her many years...

Under en kväll när det rådde snökaos i Stockholm ledde Viryabodhi ett utforskande av medvetenhet online via Zoom. Först kommer en kort introduktion till kvällen och sedan en guidad meditation. Efter tepausen hade vi även ett utforskande av temat i parreflektion, som inte spelades in. Vi utforskade då tre frågor: vad hjälper mig att utveckla medvetenhet, vad hindrar medvetenhet och sist, men inte minst, vad är medvetenhet, vad är dess kvaliteter?
