The Chairs of Triratna’s centres and other enterprises in Europe are meeting this week at Adhisthana, for the first of the European Chairs’ Assembly’s two annual meetings this year.

After reporting in and a very inspiring day studying the Pure Land Sutras with Ratnaguna, they are hard at work, looking at their attitudes to money, hearing presentations from selected centres (this week it’s Taraloka and Guhyaloka) and playing table tennis.

They’ve also had a presentations on the Young Buddhist project, using news media to promote Buddhist activities, and on my work as Liaison Officer, looking after Triratna’s relations with other Buddhist traditions. Today, they heard an update on the work of Triratna’s College of Public Preceptors, from its Chair, Saddhaloka.

Over on the ECA’s own space, you can hear short interviews with various speakers on the topics they’re presenting.
