This group is for both cis and trans women and non-binary and gender-nonconforming people who are comfortable in a space that centres women. If your primary vocation and expression of your Buddhist practice is through executive leadership, this group is for you!

Some examples of what we consider to be executive leadership include C-suite or director level roles where you are primarily responsible for setting strategy, creating and nurturing culture, influencing and leading others, implementing the vision and mission of a business and making significant business decisions. This may also include running your own business where you have a substantial turnover.

The key factor that unites all of us is that we see executive leadership as our practice, and have a strong desire to support others for whom this is a common experience.

We currently meet on Zoom once a month on the third Thursday at 6pm UTC.
