5th March
Come along to the Ipswich Buddhist Centre to hear the first in a mini series on the Three Unwholesome Roots (or the Three Poisons). These roots are believed to cause us suffering (or dukkha) and are shown to be central on the wheel of life (usually as a pig, a bird and a snake).
Ed will be leading a discussion on Hatred and Aversion (also translated as anger) - a fear of getting what we don't want or not getting what we do want!
Interested in Buddhism and meditation? All are welcome. No previous experience necessary. Enjoy a friendly chat with other young Buddhists over a cuppa and have a chance to meditate and find out more about the Dharma!
No charge. Donations welcome
