Padmasambhava Festival: Into the Realm of Fierce Compassion (online)

Sunday 12 September, 10.30am - 4.30pm

Join us for a rich day of celebration and inspiration, as we explore the fierce compassion of Padmasambhava. With a talk, “A Messenger to Invoke the Guru’s Heart Stream” from Padmavajra.

Padmasambhava is an important figure in Buddhism. He is regarded in Tibet as a second Buddha. His fierce compassion and his many teachings inspire our practice of the Dharma and advise us how to lead a meaningful life. Padmasambhava shows us the way to transform energy so it flows freely and radiates with love. This day of celebration is an invitation to enter his world of magical alchemy and transformation.

Our morning session will have a meditative and reflective flavour, meeting Padmasambhava through invocation, readings, reflection and meditation. In the afternoon, we will get a taste of the transformation that is possible in a practitioner who has devoted his life to the teachings of the Padmasambhava. Join our esteemed guest Padmavajra for his inspiring talk “A Messenger to Invoke the Guru’s Heart Stream”. The afternoon will also give an opportunity to share our reflections in smaller groups and then conclude the celebrations ritually with a Padmasambhava Puja.
