The final talk from the first young mens retreat at Padmaloka. Surata gives the retreat some straight talking advice; 'Om grow up Hum'! He then covers some of the areas where emotional and spiritual maturity are important. He particularly emphasises the importance of overcoming self obsession by helping others, and not being overly selective about the spiritual life - reality is its own context. Refreshing and invigorating!
