The Urgyen Sangharakshita Trust has just launched the brand new Sangharakshita.org - a place to learn about Sangharakshita’s life and access his teachings.

🏠 The Home page introduces people to Sangharakshita.

🙏 The Life page tells the story of his life using a variety of media. The first chapter is available now and we’ll be releasing another each week over the next 5 months.

📚 The Teachings pages provide access to his work. Check out the Articles page to read Sangharakshita’s late writings, now available to read online for free. Books, Audio and Video pages coming soon!

We’d love to hear what you think of the new website. Let us know in the comments below and do share the site with your friends to help us get the word out!

Beautifully done, thank you so much for all the work which has already gone into the web-site. I especially liked the beginning of you telling about Bahnte’s life. Great to come to it from so many different resources and angles. I love Bhante’s life stories, always did, and this is just another dimension, with material from different books, but also audio, videos…. Just great. I had to sign up to the newsletter immediately and I will let our sangha here in Berlin know about this new resource. And it is good to have one place now again, to find so many of  the different resources. I am also looking forward to the video section. (maybe one day we could have some of them with subtitles in different languages, I am happy to help organizing German subtitles) And another suggestion: I could not see a link to Bahnte’s poems, that would be lovely to have them there as well. Thanks a lot, Sanghadarsini from Berlin

Thanks so much for your kind words Sanghadarsini! It’s very lovely and encouraging to read your response.

In response to your suggestions - yes both translation and the poems in our pipeline :)

I may just follow up with you about the offer to do translation yourself!

With Love
