“Its been a long time since we have updated Triratna news with developments. We’ll be sending in some bulletins over the next while about different aspects of the business. Here are some headlines regarding Vidyamala’s book ‘Living Well with Pain and Illness’, first released late 2008. It's doing very well!

The book is now on its 6th UK reprint. The Brazilian Portuguese version has just been released with a foreword from Manjupriya (Stephen Little) who is doing a great job taking Breathworks into Brazil. He has been very involved with the translation and production process working with the Brazilian publisher Summus.

And the Swedish version has just been published by Bonniers - the leading Swedish mainstream publisher. There are already German and Dutch versions in print along with a USA English version, published by Sounds True and versions in Danish, Russian, and Marathi are in the pipeline.

In addition a chapter from Vidyamala’s book has been included in an anthology ‘The Mindfulness Revolution’, edited by Barry Boyce, senior editor of ‘Shambala Sun’ and editor of the website www.mindful.org. Vidyamala’s chapter appears alongside contributions from the Dalai Lama, Pema Chodron, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Thich Nhat Hanh, and other well-known leaders in the field.

Recently Breathworks released ‘Mindful Movement, the Breathworks way’ which accompanies the main ‘Living Well with Pain and Illness’ book. This is a pack comprising a DVD, 2 x audio CDs and a booklet, and has also been very well received".
