With so much activity of late, it's been a refreshing change to have some quiet in the last week. With much of the 'messy' jobs complete and many of our fixtures and fittings gradually put into place, focus has turned to organising our re-opening. We're starting our countdown now that we're stepping into the last four weeks. How exciting! It's shaping up to be a wonderful day welcoming sangha past and present.
Carpets, lino and blinds are ordered, so it feels good to be turning our attention to the garden. There's plants to be re-potted, the water feature to be cleaned and re-sited, paving to be power-washed. Not to forget seating, we need to have somewhere comfy to sit and enjoy the relative tranquility of the urban garden and to admire the lovely new shrineroom.
We'd like to thank all the wonderful people who have so far donated £2169.34 (before Gift Aid) to our ongoing appeal for funds for our project. If you would like to support our project, please consider making a donation using the paypal giving link on our web page here
