This is the young Buddhists retreat of the year: the largest gathering of young Buddhists from across Europe and beyond. The course aims to give you a thorough grounding in the principles and practice of Triratna Buddhism and you will have the opportunity to live an intense and full-time Dharma life for 5 months. A 7-day retreat exploring the unshakeable archetypal Buddha Akshobya, through ritual, talks, discussion, meditation and friendship. Led by a team of young Order members and open to all men aged 18 - 35.
Wintertime is a season of potentially deep reflection and insight. Join us in our beautiful forest meditation space, rooted amidst in the majestic landscape of the Pyrenees. There will be up to ten days of silent communal practice with optional individual meditation support.
