This years "Big One" will be held at Adhisthana 8-10 November. It is a unique opportunity to come together in large numbers with other young Buddhists at our new spirtual home for Triratna, Adhisthana. We will be exploring the theme of Metta and how that can Blaze like the sun! There will be programme of meditation, talks, discussion groups and puja. I look forward to see you there. Singhamati
