In this online meditation retreat we will be taking a fresh look at the main practices taught within Triratna with the aim of connecting to the inner spirit at their heart. We will explore how the Mindfulness of Breathing, Metta Bhavana, Just Sitting and mantra chanting all share the single taste of freedom. A freedom that comes from opening the heart to our place in the community of the world. A freedom that comes from being grounded in the body while opening our hearts and minds.
Participants will be encouraged to bring their own intuition, creativity and imagination to these familiar practices, breathing new life into them as we take ownership of our practice and listen to the wisdom of our bodies, hearts and minds.
Opening Session: Sunday 7-8.30pm
Monday - Saturday:
Session 1: 8-9am
Session 2: 10.30am -12.30pm
Session 3: 4-6pm (We will start with groups at 4pm with Paramananda joining at 4.30pm)
There will also be an optional lunch hangout space from 1-2pm.
