Warwick Triratna Group runs regular courses for newcomers to meditation and/or Buddhism on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
Occasional courses introduce two meditation practices which you will be able to explore at home. We also explore and discuss different aspects of Buddhism and their relevance to our everyday lives. The whole course is pragmatic and experiential, and is orientated towards teaching us something that will be of practical benefit in our lives. The courses are held in an open and friendly environment alongside like-minded people.
The whole thing is led by a team of friendly and experienced Buddhists; we’re delighted to be sharing something that we’ve benefitted from personally. At all times the invitation is to take on what you appreciate, whilst erring on the side of giving things a go.
There is no charge for the classes. However, as a charity we do rely on donations to keep the classes running.
