We'll be online 15 minutes before each sit and will meditate (with some guidance) for around 45 minutes, leaving space at the end for optional sharing and general discussion around meditation. We're aware that this later start means it would be a midnight sit for people in India! We'll be working with the community in India to see if there's demand for online meditation there and see what we can help facilitate at a more suitable hour...
