Windhorse:evolution are seeking a committed Triratna Buddhist for the vacancy of full-time Customer Services Advisor (35 hrs per week, Mon to Friday 9-5pm)
Windhorse:evolution is based in beautiful Cambridge, UK. It was formed in 1979 to raise funds for Buddhist projects and provide ethical work opportunities for those interested in Team-Based Right Livelihood. Over the years we have raised millions of pounds for many worthwhile Buddhist and social projects around the world. There are a range of lifestyle options in which you can engage in windhorse which can support spiritual practice and also train for ordination.
Customer Services Advisor This job involves working in a busy Buddhist team assisting the Customer Services Manager in helping customers and providing quality Customer Services. Good problem solving abilities and communication skills would be needed.
Our ideal candidate is someone with :-
Excellent communication skills
Experience in offering help and advice on the phone
Good computer skills
Ability to work to deadlines and set own priorities
Ability to develop into a Deputy Customer Services Manager role
A committed Buddhist (spiritual) practice
