Email settings:

INCOMING SERVER: mail.triratna.co - TYPE: SMTP - PORT: 587

SSL: STARTTLS
AUTHENTICATION: Normal password

Username for both: {your_email_address}
Password for both: {your_current_password}

FTP settings:

HOST: web1.triratna.co
ENCRYPTION: Require explicit FTP over TLS
PROTOCOL: FTP
LOGIN TYPE: Normal

User: {your_ftp_user}
Password: {your_ftp_password}
