All of us at Dharmachakra are happy to report that we are nearly done transferring to our new server, which will be the faster, better and more stable home for your website. We’re very excited to have been able to partner with Metta Engine on this move and improve our service for you even more.

As part of this process, within the next week we’ll be making some improvements in security for your email and ftp upload systems. If you find that you’re having difficulties with accessing or using email or ftp, then please make sure that you or your webmaster is using the following settings…

Email settings:

INCOMING SERVER: mail.triratna.co - TYPE: IMAP - PORT: 143
INCOMING SERVER: mail.triratna.co - TYPE: SMTP - PORT: 587

SSL: STARTTLS
AUTHENTICATION: Normal password

Username for both: {your_email_address}
Password for both: {your_current_password}

FTP settings:

HOST: web1.triratna.co
ENCRYPTION: Require explicit FTP over TLS
PROTOCOL: FTP
LOGIN TYPE: Normal

User: {your_ftp_user}
Password: {your_ftp_password}

If you have any problems with these settings, or have any other questions or issues with the switchover, then please contact William Elworthy at MettaEngine - he would be happy to help. You can contact him by email at will [at] mettaengine.co.uk or by phone at UK 01633 530052.

Thank you and best wishes,

The Dharmachakra team
