Stories from the Life of the Buddha - Online 6-week course with Tamonuda

What?

We will be looking at stories surrounding the Buddha some mythical and others that have been memorised and repeated from the time of the Buddha. We will have short meditations, reflect on the story and end with a ritual.

I am really looking forward to keep in touch with Cardiff via zoom and see old friends and meet new ones.
