Suffering a lot, confused and carrying a lot of anger. At the same time studying dance, which became my\u00a0Refuge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In 1988<\/strong>\u00a0I was dancing, dancing, dancing, touring at many places in Mexico and abroad, but carrying lots of sadness and confusion. I\u00a0was married,\u00a0I was unethical, and very sad because of\u00a0my father&#8217;s illness. Trying to understand the meaning of life. Practicing Yoga which became another Refuge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In 1998<\/strong>\u00a0I was taking my first meditation led by with Upekshamati, at the first Triratna Buddhist Center in Mexico City. Happily living with my husband Kavindu. A lot of happiness, with the intuition that I was about to start a new life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In 2008<\/strong> I was living my life as Dharmacharini, with lots of energy, taking lots of responsibilities at the Buddhist Center, by being the first Latin American Dharmacharini. With lots of ideas, good heart but little experience. Trying to do my best and many times feeling lonely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In 2018<\/strong> I am absolutely grateful for the Dharma, enjoying my life as yoga teacher and publishing a book on yoga. Very receptive to all that happens in the Order, becoming a Private Preceptor!!!
