Stillness, Simplicity and Contentment: Introducing Buddhist Action Month 2015

Together in sangha, we’ll motivate our potential to tread more lightly on the Earth; to practice the third precept with joy; to delight in trying out new approaches.

“What would the Buddha do?” is explored through inspiring stories from the scriptures. Conversation, meditation and reflection will close off with a ritual. Please bring food for a shared vegan banquet if you can. Led by Suddhacandika and Maitridasa with support from the Karaniya Metta Kula.

Thank you.To realise emptiness in the equipoise of meditation is the beginning of the end to all suffering. Why? Because Totality arises as Space.AS Space. Don’t worry ones mind will not explode. Why?Because that is the suchness of things as they already are. What does Space not accommodate?Space does not accommodate Grasping.Try it.Try grasping space. So please, don’t advertise audio Downloads as ‘free’ when they are really quite not. Love to all.

I’m not sure what you are referring to here, Karmaomalley… What audio downloads? If you mean FBA, they are available on a donation basis, so if you don’t want to donate anything you can still download them, at no cost. Or what downloads to you mean?
