Welcome to the 2011 International Urban Retreat, wherever you might be in the world.  Here’s an idea of what’s coming during the week and when you can expect to find it on-line.  Each day we’ll be exploring different aspects of the overall theme - ‘Sailing the Worldly Winds’ - and posting fresh material. 

We’ll aim to make everything for the following day available at around 17.30 UK time, hopefully this will work for you even if your time zone is ahead of us.  Let us know if it doesn’t and we’ll see what we can do. 

Each day you should find some or all of the following appearing on the site -

- a video tutorial from someone on the team
- a set of reflection exercises for you from Vajragupta
- some personal contributions from team members
-  comments and feedback from all of us!

We’d suggest you visit the site twice daily, once to add any comments you wish on the day just passed, and once to prepare for the following day.  Of course if you prefer these two can be combined into one session - but they are different activities in that one is looking back (‘reviewing’) and one is looking forwards (‘resolving’).  The distinction will become clear as we proceed...
