An interesting (and lively) discussion emerged around the theme of ‘going with the flow’ - is that a good thing to do? I argued that it’s not: that you need to work out what matters to you and stand up for that, not go with the prevailing mood of the people around you. Others spoke in terms of getting in touch with your ‘life-current’ and going with the flow of that. Which might of course involve standing up to the ‘flow’ of popular opinion, etc. Which brings us back to the Worldly Winds...
My resolutions for tomorrow - meditate for an hour, go for a walk for an hour, bliss...! Off to bed now.
