Saturday October 7th 2017 was a special day with 2 public ordinations staking place. First, at the Manchester Buddhist Centre, Claire Walsh became Nischalasri, having been privately ordained by Amritamati at Tiratanaloka and then publicly ordained by Dayanandi in her home town Buddhist Centre. Then, a few hours later, Keith Hogan had his public ordination in Dublin (the first to take place on Irish soil) conducted by Saddhaloka. He was given the name of Rijumuni in his private ordination which took place at Padmaloka and was conducted by Khemadhamma a week or so earlier.
Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu!
