The College meets twice a year. As part of those meetings they spend time in smaller ‘kula’ or working groups, to focus on and discuss people who are being proposed for Ordination, other matters related to the Ordination process in the areas they are responsible for, private preceptor consultations and their own practice as public preceptors.
At present there are 6 kulas:

Men’s Padmaloka kula - Padmavajra, Surata, Maitreyabandhu, Moksananda, Satyaraja, Arthapriya, Paramabandhu, Amogharatna
Indian kula - Chandrasil, Subhuti, Karunamaya, Amoghasiddhi, Jnanasuri, Amrutdeep, Yashosagar, Adityabodhi
Women’s Kula UK/Ireland/mainland Europe - Dhammadinna, Ratnadharini, Maitreyi, Padmasuri, Punyamala, Subhadramati (with Ashokashri and Parami if needed and Paramachitta for training).

Women’s Kula New Zealand/Australia - Megha, Dharmanandi, Varadevi, Sanghadevi, Ratnadharini, Parami
Some Public Preceptors may be in more than one kula.
