One of the central teachings of Buddhism is the Noble Eight Fold Path. Intellectually it holds interest as being one of the first teachings; but its true value to each of us is the extent to which we integrate the teaching into the many varied moments of our lives. On the meditation cushion and off, at work and at home, at play and at rest, the path offers guidance.

Viriyagita and Suzanne will be exploring the Eight Fold path with an emphasis on using the teaching to nurture our inspiration and to develop the conditions in our daily life to experience greater contentment, deepen our well of kindness, and glimpse the Truth. This exploration will begin Wednesday April 3rd and continue for approximately 10 weeks.

Join us for Sangha Nights, Wednesday evenings, 7 - 9 pm. Beginning with a meditation (guidance and support available for those who would like it) followed by a presentation and discussion on Buddhist study and/or practice. All are welcome, offered by donation: $10-5 suggested.
