Sutra Sunday! March 29th

Vasala Sutta: The Discourse on Outcasts, with Rijupatha
The True Measure of a Person

The Vasala Sutta (The Discourse on Outcasts) is the source for this Sunday study and discussion with Rijupatha.  In the text, the Buddha is assumed to be a worthless beggar by a Brahmin. With his characteristic kindness, the Buddha offers the Brahmin a deep teaching on how the real worth of a man is not to be found in his birth, but in his deeds.

Offered by donation. Regular meditation session from 10 - 11 am is open to all, then all are invited to stay for a deeper exploration of this sutta until 1 pm.
