Come and learn a foundational mindfulness meditation practice that you can build on and deepen for years to come. Offered by donation, $40-20.
When you learn to meditate with us, we offer guidance in:
• finding an alert and comfortable meditation posture
• body awareness
• how to work with the mind in meditation
• how to maintain a regular and effective practice
• how to maintain mindfulness off the cushion
• how to cultivate higher states of consciousness
