Meditation is really very simple, and it can prove a greatly helpful tool in anyone’s life if they choose to make it a part of what they do. The ‘Metta Bhavana/Cultivation of Loving Kindness’ meditation is a traditional Buddhist meditation aimed at calming the mind and improving one’s capacity for kindness for oneself and all living beings.
Are you ready to focus, choose wisely, and be creative in your conditions? You do not need to be a Buddhist to practice this - this program is open to all interested in learning meditation. Suitable for all levels of experience. Offered by donation, $40-20. All are welcome!
