In this introductory course, Dh Narottama will teach the two most basic Buddhist meditation practices, Mindfulness of Breathing (Anapanasati) and the Cultivation of Loving Kindness (Metta Bhavana). These cold days are conducive to sitting in quiet reflection. Join us and learn how to use the time to take charge of your state of mind and heart.
This is a three-week course: Sundays 1:30-3:30PM February 4-18 at the Portsmouth Public Media Building, Studio 1, 280 Marcy St. in Portsmouth NH.
