People have been enriching their lives through meditation for thousands of years. Though meditation does help us to find tranquility and kindness in a difficult world, it is also an excellent means to develop the capacity to see things more deeply. This can lead to wisdom and a more unshakeable equanimity.
In this beginners’ course, we will be exploring two basic meditation practices passed down through the centuries within the Buddhist tradition. Participants will learn everything they need to begin a regular meditation practice. The adventure begins here!
