We meet on the first Sunday of every month 4.30-6.30pm at the Norwich Buddhist Centre.

We often meditate together and discuss aspects of Buddhism and Meditation. Come along even if you haven’t been before and don’t know how to meditate.

Dhammapalam Gatha by Bodhivajra

A teaching of the Dharma chanted in Pali, the Dhammapalam Gatha translates as ‘verses that protect the truth’. Set to music, this is a piece that beautifully evokes the heart of the Buddha’s teachings.

On Tuesday 14 May, Padmavajra visited the Norwich Buddhist Centre on Sangha Night to launch the theme for the coming weeks: The Refuge Tree. He introduced the Triratna Tree of Refuge and Respect, beginning by evoking the central figure of the Tree, the Buddha, and the experience Going for Refuge for the early Sangha.
