Our NLBC drop-in online classes in meditation and Buddhism will from now on be free, but can you make a donation of £5 via PayPal for each class you attend online, or more if you can? If you too are running out of money, though, you are welcome to attend without donating!

“A free, online drop-in meditation class offered every Tuesday and Friday evening over the next month
During this time of social distancing (or spacious solidarity), we can still come together to practice and connect. This hour long free online class offers the opportunity to gather with other meditators, practice together, and explore what is emerging for us as we drop into present moment awareness. Meditation will be lightly led followed by a facilitated discussion.
For those who have been meditating for a while and have a regular practice.
