Thought for the Day is a 2-minute daily slot on BBC Radio 4’s ‘Today’ programme, where people of several faiths offer comment on current affairs. Here are his latest offerings.

Mindfulness on BBC Radio Wales
Vishvapani has just completed three programmes on BBC local radio in Wales, all exploring mindfulness in different ways:

17th June 2014 Eye on Wales
A feature on mindfulness in Wales featuring Vishvapani and one of his students; Rebecca Crane of Bangor University; and mindfulness in the UK’s National Health Service and schools (27 mins).

22nd June 2014 All Things Considered A discussion of mindfulness and its relation to religion, with Vishvapani, Rebecca Crane, Father Roger Dawson and Baroness Ilora Finlay (27 minutes).

10th July 2014 The Tom Price Show Vishvapani teaches presenter Tom Price to manage his stress on this Saturday afternoon show (12 mins).
