July is Buddhist Action Month UK
Don’t just sit there. Do something!

July is Buddhist Action Month in Britain. Centred on the festival of Dharma Day, this year’s theme is Earthkind: caring for the Environment. Across the country, Buddhists and others will be guerrilla-gardening, litter-picking, tree-planting and lots of other things.

Planning an event? The organisers need to know.
Please email details of your event.

How to organise your own Earthkind event
Set up an environment-related event with your local Buddhist/Community Centre

Request the Earthkind Event Planning Guide and use the poster (see left) to help you to set up your own event… However large or small, it all counts!

This is a national inter-Buddhist initiative promoted by the Network of Buddhist Organisations UK. It’s being run by Rebecca and Claire, two Manchester mitras who can help you set up your event.

Be inspired! Make a difference! Get involved!
