Welcome,

We are the Neurodiversity Hub/Neurodiverse Triratna. Although being in receipt of a formal diagnosis is not necessary, we are inclusive of those who are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic and with sensory processing differences. We exist for the purpose of building sangha, particularly for those with differing abilities and communication styles.

The neurodiverse sangha, including this space, the Facebook group and the whatsapp group are intended to be safe spaces. Please respect people's boundaries, be mindful of right and kind speech and be aware that this page may discuss sensitive information and topics. Any post or comment that we find in violation of these considerations will be deleted and members warned or banned, if appropriate.

We are worldwide and hope to be in a position to hold meetings in person with one successful day taking place in Sheffield already. We are also planning an online sangha night. We have a Facebook group which can be found by searching "Neurodiverse Triratna" as well as a Whatsapp group. We meet on Zoom on the first weekend of the month on a Sunday.
