On this intensive silent meditation retreat we will explore the contemplations of the sutta in our own experience of the breathing body-mind, drawing on early as well as later traditions of Buddhism. There will be opportunities to develop both samadhi and vipashyana through short talks, guided meditations, one-to-one meditation reviews, group reviews and question and answer sessions. The retreat is suited for people who are familiar with the main meditation practices taught in Triratna.
