Join us on Fridays in March for an online drop-in meditation session on Google+ Hangout at 11:00am ET / 4:00pm UK! Each lightly-led session is an opportunity to learn and practice one two foundational practices - Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana. All levels of experience are welcome.

Mar 3 - Mindfulness of Breathing

Mar 10 - Metta Bhavana

Mar 17 - Mindfulness of Breathing (held at 11am ET / 3pm UK due to daylight savings time in the US)

Mar 24 - Metta Bhavana (held at 11am ET / 3pm UK due to daylight savings time in the US)

Are you doing an online drop in session this Friday, March, 3?  I tried to join in on the online session on February 24 but I reaalised TBA must have meant there was no session  running that day?  I tried to log on using both Skype and Google + but got a message saying that I was the only one signed in.   I am not very good at technology.  Do I need to sign-on to the sessions using my Skype contact for the online meditation session or go through google +, or use another method?

Hi Erica! Yes, we’ll be doing another drop-in session this Friday at 11am ET/ 4pm UK - we’ll post the link as soon as it’s set up. The sessions are all done through Google+ so you just need to log in to your Google account and follow the link posted. That will take you to the Google+ Hangout event. Then there should be an option to join the Hangout when it’s live. Hope that helps and that you can join us tomorrow!
