Join us on Fridays in March for an online drop-in meditation session on Google+ Hangout at 11:00am ET / 4:00pm UK! Each lightly-led session is an opportunity to learn and practice one two foundational practices - Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana. All levels of experience are welcome.
