In this eight-part series, various speakers explore radical ways of training the mind, based on eight pithy and challenging verses from the Tibetan tradition.

These active reflections offer a number of attitudes you can take up in order to overcome self-clinging.

Satydasa takes a strong stance against the main obstacles we face in training the mind - the negative emotions that do their best to derail our efforts.

Talk given at the London Buddhist Centre, 2021.

Third verse

And as soon as disturbing emotions arise,

May I forcefully stop them at once,

Since they hurt both me and others."
