I  lead an in person evening in Kings Lynn one night a month.  The evening offers people the opportunity to come together for Buddhist ritual, meditation and friendship.

Viryashalin leads  indepth study and meditation on line on Monday and Tuesday evenings.  These evenings are suitable for people with previous experience of dharma study and meditation.   If you would like to join email: Rupertrosser5@gmail.com
