Would you like to lead Windhorse Publications through the changing world of independent publishing and the growth of Triratna? After five years, Dhammamegha will be stepping down as publishing director in the new year. This is an exciting and varied role for an Order Member interested in communicating the Dharma through books and other media, and with the skills to lead a small, dynamic and creative business.

The job includes elements of leadership, management, fundraising and creative work in communication, as well as commissioning new work and undertaking a wide range of editorial activities. A fuller Job Description is available as a download.

There are several ways in which the role could be configured, so we are looking for someone to work between 3 and 5 days per week. There will be ongoing support from the Trustees, Editorial board and current team. 

The salary is between £28,000 and £32,000 per annum FTE depending on need and experience. WP contributes to a pension scheme for all its staff and offers 29 days of annual leave plus bank holidays as well as the opportunity for sabbatical or long retreat leave every 6 years.
