Assistant Appeal Leader - Full Time

Inspired by Buddhist values, Karuna exists to end caste-based discrimination, poverty and inequality in India and Nepal. Our work with individuals focuses on education, dignified livelihoods and gender equality, transforming communities and changing society.

Over 80% of Karuna’s £1.8m income is generated by volunteer fundraisers through our door-to-door appeals. The purpose of this role is to support our current women’s appeals through training and inspiring our volunteers.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will:

●      Have the ability to inspire volunteer fundraisers

●      Have successfully fundraised on a Karuna door to door Appeal

●      Thrive working to targets

●      Be organised with attention to detail
