New View Residential (NVR) is looking for one or two new team members to play a key role in the continued growth of the business.  We are looking for applicants who are keen to grow into taking management responsibility and take initiative to develop the business and its future vision.

We are a dynamic and professional Team Based Right Livelihood Business based in Cambridge.  NVR is an ethical letting and property management business that is owned by the Windhorse Trust and is part of the Cambridge Triratna Buddhist Mandala.  

The Role & Opportunities

The NVR team is looking for one or two individuals with some experience of Triratna – probably an Order Member or a Mitra who has asked for Ordination.  With essential systems and procedures in place, the ground is set for someone with talent and drive to grow the business and develop its future. 

NVR is able to offer salary or Support for this full-time position, but will give preference to those wanting to live in one of the Windhorse Trust communities.
