Job opportunity at Karuna: Leadership Gifts fundraiser

Karuna was formed in 1980 as the Triratna Buddhist Community’s response to the suffering of India’s Dalit community. For 30 years, Karuna has worked with some of South Asia’s most disadvantaged people, sending over £1 million every year to support Dalit and tribal communities fulfil their potential through our social and Dharma projects.

We currently have a full time vacancy for a leadership Gifts fundraiser

The Karuna Trust is a dynamic Buddhist charity working in partnership with grassroots led organisations in India. We are currently recruiting for a leadership Gifts fundraiser previous experience of fundraising is preferred. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and developing relationships with our existing portfolio of charitable trusts, foundations, major donors and corporate donors. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have the drive and enthusiasm to grow this crucial source of income.
