Two roles – FINANCE and HOUSEKEEPING
Taraloka offers a unique context for women to live a full-time Dharma life, for being of service to others and for personal and collective transformation.
We’re looking for TWO new members of the Operations Team to start work in January 2018. The Operations Team collectively hold responsibility for the practical running and support of the retreat centre for example cooking, cleaning and support behind the scenes. As well as your work as part of the Ops team you will also manage your own key work area of finance or housekeeping. You will need to be an Order Member or GFR Mitra with a full, manual UK driving licence. You will need to be able to work full time, be physically fit and have a strong desire to engage wholeheartedly with both community living and team-based right livelihood.
For the finance role you will need to have good numeracy skills, experience of administration work, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn. Previous experience of finance work is not essential.
The closing date for applications is Monday 14th August with interviews happening in mid-September. We are looking for you to start at the beginning of January 2018.
